Matindra Bera founded Zenith BIM Services with a vision to provide young engineers a platform to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact on society. Drawing on his experience with global landmark projects like the Lusail Stadium and Stanford University, Matindra recognised the core challenges facing contractors and established a value system combining precision, efficiency, and practical expertise.
From its 2020 beginnings as a four-member, work-from-home team, Zenith has scaled into a 60-strong multidisciplinary workforce. The firm delivers high-value projects for global leaders—including Tesla, Microsoft, Google, and Meta—and supports critical infrastructure like Bengaluru Airport, the University of Alabama, and large-scale urban redevelopment in Atlanta. Beyond project delivery, Zenith remains committed to the future of the industry by investing in skill-building through dedicated training programs. Today, Zenith BIM stands as a trusted partner, helping the world build smarter, faster, and better.

Behind Zenith BIM’s steady growth stands Priya Bera, the Co-Founder and pillar of its operations. With a background in Mathematics and a natural aptitude for business accounting, she has been instrumental in transforming Zenith from a small four-member setup into a structured organisation of over 60 professionals.
Priya focuses on the operational and financial backbone of the company, building policies, systems, and processes that support long-term stability. Her work ensures that teams can perform with confidence while the business remains balanced and resilient.
As Zenith continues to grow from strength to strength, Priya remains central to ensuring continuity and coherence. Her approach to operations and finance keeps the organisation aligned with its long-term vision, ensuring that scale never comes at the cost of discipline, trust, or sustainability.
